Williams Hill
Michael Minadeo + Partners has been selected to Design a community of eight homes for Williams Hill in Charlotte, Vermont along Pease Mountain. They will be individually characteristic, while sharing a palette of Design and materials inspired by Vermont vernacular Architecture and contemporary simplicity. "Green" building principles are an essential component in all Designs. All homes will be required to earn both a five star plus ENERGY STAR rating and at least a LEED for Homes Gold certification.
