I have had the privilege of working with Michael Minadeo + Partners on two projects recently. The first project is a production home community where we are building five different carriage home models designed by Michael Minadeo + Partners. These homes are very well received on the market, and from a builder’s perspective, the plans are very complete and a pleasure to build from. The second project was a custom summer cottage that Michael Minadeo designed to be built on the shores of Lake Champlain. This cottage has amazing details that were very carefully thought out by Michael, resulting in an absolutely beautiful project that we are very proud of.
