We had the opportunity to construct a pool house with Michael Minadeo + Partners at a house we had built a couple of years earlier. The pool house, terraces and pool are beautifully detailed, and are thoughtfully incorporated into the site. He listened to the owner’s wishes, and was able to balance those requirements with the budget, creating an exciting finished product. The detailing is complicated, but Michael was able to clearly design, detail, and transmit the information so that we were able to work in an organized and cost effective manner.
