Construction Drawing Sets

Based on the approved Design Development Documents, we will prepare the working drawings and specifications for construction. These final drawings encompass Architectural and Electrical plans that contain all necessary door, window, plumbing, and room finish schedules. Also included are typical and standard architectural details. These drawings will be coordinated with all consultants.

Services during this phase may include:

Construction Document Drawings for Architectural, Interior and Electrical drawings, material specifications, and coordination of Structural, Mechanical, and Plumbing drawings.
