As a firm, MM+P is dedicated to Sustainable Design Practice and innovative, responsible ways to make a better built environment. We attempt to weave proposed uses and technologies into the existing conditions of the site, and are always searching for appropriate solutions. We bring a rigor to construction detailing for consistency and completeness. Our inclination is for simplicity and economy.

There are four steps we follow; Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation and Construction Administration.
