Schematic Design

This phase develops your program (a list of rooms and spaces) and places that program on the site or within the existing building. Several site plan options will be explored at this time. Schematic floor plans and elevations will be developed as we take conceptual ideas and give them form. We may also establish a preliminary budget and estimate of probable construction costs at this time.
